Trip to the Maldives

Trip to the Maldives

The Maldives are without and doubt heaven on Earth. Unfortunately, they are slowly sinking due to the rising sea level. So, don’t lose your opportunity and visit these incredible islands now!

Here are a few tips about the trip to the Maldives: what do do and where to go! The Maldives is a haven for snorkellers and scuba divers, with its abundance of coral and sea

life. Its beaches and hotels don’t disappoint either.

  • Where are the Maldives?

The Maldives is a group of over 1000 coral islands, set in the Indian Ocean. They are located on the south-west coast of India.

  • Where can I stay?

It’s hard to beat the perfect combination of white sandy beaches, perfect blue seas and tropical sun and most hotels in the Maldives make the most of their surroundings by offering guests access to the beach directly from their rooms, or creating romantic areas for dinner and drinking. Boutique hotels go a step further than this by creating a relaxed, contemporary feel that makes guests feel right at home.

On the Ari Atoll lies the most exclusive hotel in the island group, the Dhoni Mighili. This stunning hotel sleeps just twelve people, and guests arrive either by luxury speedboat, private plane or romantic Dhoni. A butler sees to your every need. Eat, drink and sleep to your own schedule and make the most of every minute.

Or, if the North Male Atoll is more to your taste, the Hufaven Fushi is a decadent boutique hotel just 25 minutes by speedboat from the Male International Airport. Relax by your private pool, because there’s only your villa and one other on the whole complex. If you want a candlelit dinner on the beach, just say so. This experience is worth every penny!

  • What can I see?

The islands that make up the Maldives are all small, and it is a good idea to visit more than one!. Many people come for the diving and snorkelling, but it may be worthwhile taking a trip to Male, the capital city, where markets, mosques and small shops may bring you back to everyday life. Otherwise, just take in the beauty of the coastlines and the ocean from your boutique retreat and soak up the sun. There is also fantastic wildlife! You can see sharks, dolphins and much more!

  • How do I get around?

Only some of the islands fall within the heavily regulated tourist zone, which the Government has imposed to prevent the destruction of natural landscapes and villages. If you want to move between permitted islands, then you can fly or use a dhoni or speedboat. Most islands, however, are small enough to walk or bike around easily.

The Maldives might be exclusive, but if you have the time and you are prepared to indulge yourself, then there’s nowhere better to go.

It is truly the paradise on Earth!

Plan for one day visit:
  • Hotel

If you only have one day, it is a good idea to stay close to the airport. Dubai is a big city and you have to now that you will have to commute there either by car or public transport.

If you are looking for a good hotel with outstanding views I can recommend Hotel Address Boulevard.

What to do in Dubai. Safari

  • Desert Safari

So, what to do in Dubai first? Wake up really early for sunrise Dubai Safari! There are several available options for the tourists to get their safaris selected from. Generally, all major hotels and resorts will get such trips organized when asked for by their clients. You can find more information here.

If you never have been in the desert it is worth it to wake up early and experience it! The views are really breathtaking.

The Marina, called initially Westside, looks set to become one of the main tourist attractions for the travellers in the years to follow. Marina offers plenty of restaurants and cafes, so it is a prefect place to go for lunch after your morning desert safari. Here you can also admire the outstanding, modern architecture of the city.

  • The Dubaj Frame

The perfect ending of Dubai experience will be climbing some hight skyscraper for amazing views! I will recommend Dubai Frame. Places to eat in London- healthy and stylish

Are you planning a holiday in London and you like healthy and delicious meals instead of fast foods?

Travelling can be challenging, especially when it comes to maintaining your diet. It can be challenging to find something healthy to eat in the new place. No one wants to worry about cooking and grocery shopping during their holidays. Going to excellent restaurants and cafes can make your travelling experience much more enjoyable! Is it possible to find healthy places to eat in London while you are travelling?

London offers a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and cafes with a cousin from all over the world. Nevertheless, it is a vast city and finding something that suits you is not as easy as one would think. As much as the food I value good design. I love going to places with impressive interior design.

Therefore, I have prepared for you guys, a list of my top healthy and stylish places to eat in London!

Places to eat in London:

  • Deliciously Ella

Picture for blog post- healthy places to eat in London. Two lemoniades with spiecies. With thyme and orange.

Deliciously Ella is a little cafe. It is 2min from Oxford street yet in a tranquil street.

They offer creative breakfasts, lunches, and desserts. Everything is vegan, gluten and dairy free.

It is a nice place to sit and have a rest after a day of sightseeing or shopping on Oxford Street ( go to “justfirefits” to see where to shop in London ).

It is also a great place to sit with your Laptop and work a bit or read a book with a cup of tea.

The recipes at Deliciously Ella are very creative, and the food is always fresh. There are also freshly made smoothies, and organic cold pressed cashew blends. It is a perfect spot if you are looking for healthy places to eat in London!

  • The Grind

Picture for blog post- healthy places to eat in London. Interior of the bar. Industrial design with blue colors and white details.

The Grind is a chain of all-day restaurant and cafe bar. My favourite location is just across from Greenwich Market.

Space has three rooms- every room has its unique character.I love the food there as much as interior design! There are plenty of gluten-free and vegan choices.

It is a perfect place to eat healthy in London. Visit it after Greenwich sightseeing and having a walk in Greenwich Park.

  • Sketch

Image for blog post- healthy places to eat in London. Restaurant Sketch- pink interior with white details.

This place got famous thanks to its outstanding design. And I can confirm- it is quite amazing!

You can have the first impression of this place just exploring their website. And I have to add, and it is also quite a bizarre place…

The restaurant space consists of 3 rooms. One of them is pink- it was recently called the most Instagrammable location, so don’t forget your smartphone ;)Food also keeps the level. You can find there vegetarian and vegan options for yourself!

Ah, and a tip of advice- make sure to check out the bathroom! It is the craziest bathroom I have ever been to so far. Toilets are in a giant “eggs” shaped forms and the roof shine with all the colours.

  • Hackney

Picture for blog post- healthy places to eat in London. Sweet potatoes pancakes with goat chees.

Now let’s move to Shoreditch! This is my favourite area in London. There are a lot of exciting things going on all the time, and you can have a nice walk along the canal.

When you get tired step by to Hackney, it is a unique place that has a feeling of a home with a garden! It is a great place to bring a kid. There are even some toys for children — the perfect places to eat in London.

This place is chill, right for chatting and having a rest. You can sit in the garden under the trees, and you will immediately forget that you are in busy London.

  •  Cote

Picture for blog post- healthy places to eat in London. Green risotto with asperges.

I want to recommend this place for you because of one, simple reason- best vegetable risotto I ever had! To be more specific green risotto with beans, asparagus, spinach, and peas, so my favourite veggies in one dish. It is located in the city centre- just a few steps from Oxford Street in a charming street with shops around. Perfect place to eat in London after a day of shopping!

Holiday Italy Vacation

Vacationing in Italy was never this much fun

Italy – a Wonderful Place on Earth

Paradise on earth – this is how Italy is referred to across the world. And this description shouldn’t surprise anybody as Italy has so much to offer to everyone at any season. Its majestic mountains and well-maintained slopes attract skiers in winter. Beautiful beaches are perfect for summer dolce far niente. And if we add to it greenery, beautiful architecture, history, and delicious food, you shouldn’t be surprised that every year so many people from other parts of the world decide to go there.

It is not a vast country, but each of its regions or major cities have something special about it. Probably that is why many famous people made it their home or, at least, have their summer residences here. But the good news is that now you can also get a taster of how (wonderful) it is to live here.

If you want to make your trip here memorable, talk to your travel agent about planning the holiday. Pick out the perfect place to stay: probably it should be away from the hustle and bustle of the city life but still close to all centers. Holiday homes and villas in Italy meet the needs of different people because you can choose between luxury villas with private swimming pools, farmhouses with gardens and smaller apartments too.

Tuscany, Italy- a Perfect Holiday Destination

One of the most beautiful Italian regions is Tuscany. It is located in the central part of the country but it has the western coastline on the Ligurian Sea and the Tyrrhenian Sea among which is the Tuscan Archipelago.

Elba, the largest island in the Tuscan archipelago and the third largest in Italy, is the right place where tourists can match sea holidays with historical attractions, in a totally relaxing Mediterranean atmosphere. But Tuscany is also about beautiful countryside, olive groves, and vineyards that create this magical atmosphere straight from a movie.

Holiday homes here can satisfy individual needs and tastes of guests. Some of them have a fireplace, a cozy kitchen or staff on call to help you out any time of the day or night. Also, there are transport facilities that come with the package, which you can avail when you are in the mood to explore the countryside.

If you think all this sounds too far fetched and unreal, why not book yourself into one of the villas, and come over to see for yourself. You will be amazed at the size of the place and how breathtaking the view is. Bedrooms often have balconies with views to die for; there are also play areas around the house for children. Some of the homes are quite old and have a colonial feel to it. There are libraries stocked with interesting literature that could have you engrossed for hours together. You would not want to leave and go back home, that is how spectacular and warm these places are.

When you are there, admire the countryside, take plenty of pictures to remind you of the wonderful time you had out here. Clearly, in Tuscany there is something perfect for everyone, so worrying about what your children will do here is entirely unnecessary.

Exciting Things To Do In Mauritius

Exciting Things To Do In Mauritius

If sitting on a beach all day every day isn’t quite your cup of tea, but you really fancy a long haul holiday to a stunning island destination, Mauritius could be just what you are looking for. With many activities both in and out of the resorts, a luxury holiday in Mauritius can provide interest for a range of visitors.

The island itself is an independent state in the Indian Ocean, 900km east of Madagascar. The area is 1860sq km and is made up of a central plateau, gradually rising towards the South West where it reaches its highest point at 800m.

Excursions around the island will give you an insight into the islands rich and colorful history, and where better to start than the vibrant capital, Port Louis. The harbor on the west of the island lies sheltered in a semi-circle of mountains, and the town has plenty of character and proudly displays signs of its historical past.

If designer shopping outlets are what you are looking for, then a trip to Curepipe is well worth the visit. This is the islands main urban center and is worth a stop if traveling through it on route to somewhere else! It’s located in the center of the island between Port Louis and the airport.

Mahebourg is a village which is worth a visit, especially if staying in the southeast of the island. It’s still one of the islands main fishing villages, and you are at leisure to wander around the market stalls. You can even hire a bicycle and cycle there if you are staying at the Shandrani!

Catamaran Trips can be arranged from most hotels and are an excellent way to see the beauty of Mauritius from the relaxing waters of the Indian Ocean. You are encouraged to snorkel from the boat, and you also have time to relax on one of the beautiful beaches of the island.

Mauritius has a wealth of activities orientated around its environment.

A nature park close to Port Louis, Domaine Les Pailles, covers 3000 acres at the foot of a mountain range. There are deer and rare birds in the park, and if you like a bit of adrenaline, Land Rover ‘safaris’ and quad biking are also available.

The island has a stunning botanical garden called Pamplemousses, it’s known to naturalists throughout the world for its large collection of indigenous and exotic palms, and the giant Victoria Amazonica water lilies. It is well worth paying for a guide to take you around the gardens as their knowledge and tit-bits of information make the visit all the more enjoyable.

A unique feature in Mauritius is Chamarel, an area of undulating land stretching in contrasting layers of color, the patches of blue, green, red and yellow earth, all believed to be the results of weathering.

Mauritius is well known to ornithologists and the Casela Bird Park is set in the area of Black River, and stretches over 20 acres. There are more than 140 varieties of birds, from 5 continents. The main attraction is the Mauritian Pink Pigeon, one of the rarest birds in the world.

The beautiful flower of Ylang with its fragrant yellow flowers, is grown in a plantation called Le Domaine de l’Ylang Ylang. Here the perfume is distilled over panoramic views over the bay of Vieux Grand Port, where the neighboring islets can be seen.

Trips around the island can be booked from your hotel, with luxury holidays in Mauritius to a variety of hotels including the Shandrani can be arranged through Beachcomber Tours. For more information visit www.beachcombertours.co.uk or call 01483 445610.
