GDPR User Request Form
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws, you have specific rights regarding your personal data. Use the form below to exercise any of these rights.
Your Rights Under GDPR
As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- Right of access (Article 15) — You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not your personal data is being processed, and to receive a copy of that data.
- Right to rectification (Article 16) — You have the right to have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected.
- Right to erasure / “right to be forgotten” (Article 17) — You have the right to request deletion of your personal data where there is no compelling reason for its continued processing.
- Right to restriction of processing (Article 18) — You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
- Right to data portability (Article 20) — You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to have it transmitted to another controller.
- Right to object (Article 21) — You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, including for direct marketing purposes.
- Rights related to automated decision-making and profiling (Article 22) — You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
- Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
How to Submit a Request
To exercise any of these rights, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your data
- The specific right you wish to exercise (e.g., access, erasure, rectification)
- Any additional information needed to verify your identity
- A description of the request and any relevant details
We will respond to your request within one month of receipt, in accordance with Article 12 of the GDPR. In complex cases, this period may be extended by up to two further months, and we will inform you of any such extension within the first month.
Verification of Identity
To protect your personal data, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We may ask for additional information to confirm that you are the person to whom the data relates.
Cold Email Recipients
If you have received an unsolicited (cold) email from us and would like us to stop contacting you and delete your data from our outreach lists, please reply to that email with the word “REMOVE” in the subject line, or email [email protected] directly. We will action your request promptly, typically within 7 business days, and confirm completion in writing.
Lodging a Complaint
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country.
For data subjects in the United Kingdom, the supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO):
